SpatialBuzz has announced that it is set to move to new UK headquarters. Further, it announced the addition of four new members of staff, highlighting its rapid growth over the past year as a result of recent major customer wins. The announcement comes as SpatialBuzz collected its Frost & Sullivan (F&S) 2015 European Cloud-based Customer Experience Management (CEM) Technology Innovation Award at the Frost & Sullivan 2015 Awards Dinner in Monaco.

Remaining in Guildford, the new UK office will feature more office space and larger production and testing facilities, while creating new job opportunities. Alongside the new office, four new members will join the team, including a sales director for Europe, the Middle East and Africa, a new financial controller and two new DevOp Engineers. SpatialBuzz now boasts a strong team of employees – and plans to grow by a further 40% by the end of 2016.

SpatialBuzz has had much success over the last year, with its unique CEM platform already being used or piloted by many leading Tier 1 mobile network operators across the world, such as Telefónica Germany. By the end of 2015 the platform will also be deployed for the first time in North America.

SpatialBuzz’s unique CEM platform enables operators to obtain information about the network on a 24/7/365 basis, and was recently recognised by Frost & Sullivan as being “best-in-class.” The SpatialBuzz solution redefines the scope of data communications between operators and customers, bringing down costs for its users and enhancing the overall value proposition: F&S judges it has the potential to be regarded as an industry standard.

“This is truly a momentous week for SpatialBuzz, as the announcement of our new UK office and additional team members coincides with us collecting our Frost & Sullivan award yesterday. Moving into our new office highlights how quickly we have grown as an organisation. This is due to the hard work and commitment of our team, driving our roadmap to provide transparent and effective customer experience management platforms to all of our customers. The journey ahead is an exciting one; we look forward to enhancing the ways in which operators communicate with customers, while maintaining a constant and reliable crowd-sourced analysis of network performance,” said Leon Hardwick, VP, global sales and marketing at SpatialBuzz.

The new office in Guildford is the latest in a series of milestones for SpatialBuzz over the last twelve months. In addition to the Frost & Sullivan award win, in the last year SpatialBuzz were also awarded the Telecoms.com CEM accolade for the deployment of its innovative Live Check solution with Telefonica Germany. Since the SpatialBuzz CEM platform deployment, Telefonica Germany has boosted its customer service operations by significantly improving its call resolution times and reducing customer calls.

Speaking after the F&S Awards Dinner in Monaco, Andrew Blake, CTO at SpatialBuzz added: “We are committed to investing into the future for the benefit of our customers and the CEM industry. The recognition we received from Frost & Sullivan reaffirms that we are at the forefront of CEM solutions on a global scale.”
