Quantre Solutions and Tech Mahindra partner to provide customer communication services in US and UK

Quantre Solutions, a customer communications management consulting service provider headquartered in the US, has announced a strategic partnership with Tech Mahindra, a provider of digital transformation, consulting and business re-engineering services and solutions. The combined efforts will focus on modernising the customer communications industry to deliver superior customer experience across industries such as financial, insurance, and healthcare industries, to name a few.

The partnership will allow enterprises to develop processes into operating standards through cloud-native microservices including customer communication management (CCM), customer experience management (CXM), cloud-based ETL and data integration service, and Functions-as-a-Service (FaaS).
