Bouygues Telecom chooses Astellia for network monitoring and service quality

Bouygues Telecom has selected Astellia’s Nova suite to complete its network quality of service monitoring system, go further in optimising quality of service for its customers and perfect its knowledge of customer usage.

“Secure customer satisfaction by providing high quality communication services is our priority, especially with 4G. We are proud to cooperate with Astellia, a French company, and to use their powerful Nova solution to fit our strategy, which aims to increase our data network performance,” said Jean-Paul Arzel, network director at Bouygues Telecom.

Sebastien Schultz, managing director Europe at Astellia, added: “Following Astellia’s support during Bouygues Telecoms 4G commercial launch in October last year, Astellia is very proud to continue accompanying Bouygues Telecom in providing high quality mobile data services to their subscribers.”
