Turkcell Europe chooses Comarch BSS for MVNO services in Germany

Comarch has delivered a comprehensive BSS platform to Mobile One GmbH, Düsseldorf. This MVNE (mobile virtual network enabler) is technically integrated with the Telekom Germany Mobile network and performs managed services for Turkcell Europe, enabling it to offer a broad range of mobile and value added services for customers in Germany.

The tools implemented allowed Turkcell Europe to achieve a quick and cost-effective launch of its innovative, personalised services, delivered both in prepaid and postpaid model. The platform will also assure a seamless customer experience in Turkish and German languages, as well as support partner data management for all involved parties.

Comarch has supported the project from the initial stage of the platform design and has actively participated in establishing a three-sided partnership between Comarch, Mobile One and Turkcell Europe.

“The Comarch BSS platform helped us launch our MVNO services on the German market very quickly and gather almost 300,000 customers within one year,” said Ugur Serkan Taskin, programme manager for Turkcell Europe’s MNVO Project at Turkcell. “Comarch’s solution enables Turkcell Europe to gradually develop our business and constantly expand the service portfolio that addresses the needs of existing and future subscribers.”

Piotr Piątosa, head of the telecom business unit and board member at Comarch, added: “Our co-operation with Mobile One once again shows that Comarch can deploy its solutions in a matter of months. This provided Turkcell Europe not only with low implementation costs but also ensured a time-to-market advantage.”
