Digicel selects Agama for video service assurance

Agama Technologies, has announced that Digicel Group, a Jamaica-based global telecoms provider, has selected Agama to provide its end-to-end  digital TV monitoring system. The Agama product will cover the complete end-to-end hybrid IP/cable TV and OTT service distribution for linear and VoD services and enable Digicel to efficiently manage and operate its video services as they are rolled out across multiple markets.

Digicel operates in 33 markets in the Caribbean, Central America and Asia. It is now expanding its TV and video offerings in the Caribbean.  As a core part of this development, Digicel has selected to implement Agama’s full end-to-end solution, allowing it to take a proactive approach to service assurance.
