Telefónica Germany has upgraded and extended its use of Netcracker’s Revenue Management system. The new version of the product and increased support is set to enable the CSP to simplify and accelerate its rating and billing processes for its B2B operations.

With more than 48 million customer accesses, Telefónica Germany is one of the leading providers of fixed and mobile services for businesses across the country. As a longtime partner of Netcracker, its renewal for core services will enable Telefónica Germany to continually optimise the solution’s performance to experience the maximum result.

“We are excited to leverage our instance of Netcracker’s Revenue Management solution to manage our billing operations, which are constantly changing and accelerating as new processes and technologies are introduced,” said Kai-Uwe Laag, the director of B2B at Telefónica Germany. “Our partnership with Netcracker will support us to even better provide the services which are highly demanded by our business customers.”

Telefónica Germany offers innovative connectivity and value-added services to the enterprise market and, with the flexible and scalable B2B billing and revenue management system, it expects to quickly introduce new, profitable offerings to a demanding market segment that values responsiveness and quality.

“Telefónica Germany has been a strategic partner to Netcracker for more than ten years, so we were happy to upgrade its use of our Revenue Management solution in order to streamline and accelerate rating and billing operations,” said Sylvain Seignour, the vice president of global sales at Netcracker. “When businesses enable more efficient revenue management processes, they introduce new opportunities for growth. We pride ourselves on helping our customer achieve these goals.”
