Middle East network operator partners with Mahindra Comviva for mobile engagement platform

Mahindra Comviva, a global provider of mobility solutions, has announced a new deal with a leading operator in Middle East for its Enterprise Communication Platform (ECP). This is a mobile engagement platform for end-to-end enterprise communication requirements.

Mahindra Comviva’s ECP is a mobile engagement solution that provides a single platform for Enterprises to interact with their customers, partners and employees. ECP helps partners engage better, drive innovation, create a strong suite of services that enhances the brand image and deliver cost effective, immediate and personalised communications.

ECP enables operators to create new revenue streams and dramatically improve the way they monetise A2P messaging, by enabling requirements across different Enterprise verticals into a single platform – and deliver different types of content across channels through a more powerful, customised solution than conventional products.

Announcing the deal, Aditya Dhruva, head of Messaging and Broadband Solutions, Mahindra Comviva said: “Across the globe, in developed and developing nations alike, Enterprises are looking for solutions that enable them to reach customers faster and better. This business need, especially on mobile, presents a compelling revenue opportunity for telecom operators as they are looking for ways to offset their drop in P2P SMS revenues. Mahindra Comviva’s Enterprise Communication Platform (ECP) helps operators monetise their messaging infrastructure for this A2P traffic, by enabling enterprises to rapidly create and deploy a multi-channel engagement with their customers.”
