Tollring strengthens seven-year relationship with BT

Uxbridge, UK. 2 May 2023 – Tollring has renewed its contract with BT for the seventh year. The arrangement includes the continued supply of Tollring’s call analytics offering to nearly 100,000 users across the BT channels, supported by customer engagement and sales enablement programmes to drive business growth. The deal also covers the continued provision of FMS (Fraud Management System) which protects the BT Group’s network from telecoms fraud.

BT Wholesale, one of Europe’s wholesale telecoms providers, delivers value to channel partners’ propositions with iCall Suite call analytics. The retail arm of BT, BT Business, white labels to consistently promote BT brands to their business customers whilst establishing a market differentiator in BT Cloud Voice Call Analytics.

Tollring call analytics deliver business-critical customer interaction data, to help organisations improve staff productivity at every customer touchpoint and maximise customer satisfaction. Furthermore, to ensure a seamless and easy experience for new customers, provisioning of call analytics is fully integrated into BT’s own ordering system via API.

Working collaboratively with BT, Tollring will continue to develop its customer engagement and sales enablement programmes, including fully branded support materials. Additional initiatives include tailored webinars, bitesize tutorials and libraries of sales support material. These programmes add further value, helping partners and end customers to benefit from leveraging business-critical call data to drive customer experience.

The BT Fraud Management System provided by Tollring, delivers automated real-time fraud monitoring and alerting as well as predictive trend analysis. FMS enables BT to detect fraud and protect against malicious attacks across its whole telephony network. The solution also protects resellers and their customers from illegal telecoms usage and ‘bill shock’, with a customisable credit management element to set usage thresholds and control customer credit limits.
