Sterlite Tech announces WRIX based international Wi-Fi roaming solution for CSPs

Sterlite is now enabling carrier operators to build a ‘Single connection – single provider – single connected hotspot Network’ concept across the world. This is designed to allow subscribers to enjoy high quality of boundary-less Wi-Fi access. Sterlite Tech’s Wi-Fi Roaming solution developed on WRIX based architecture with innovative features.

CSPs’ need to create new revenue streams and enhance customer experience, innovation remains the key. International Wi-Fi roaming is a network convergence to offer unbroken connectivity even on international travel.

The key features include, seamless SIM based authentication – 3G /4G / LTE- Wi-Fi interworking, facilitates Wi-Fi plan bundling with other services, monetisation business models and use cases, complies to latest Wi-Fi standards, interoperable with latest roaming standards, network agnostics with third party network components and partner settlements & reconciliation features.
