Orga Systems delivers billing and CRM to Wataniya Mobile

In less than a year, Orga Systems has deployed its GOLD Convergent Charging and Billing (GOLD CCB) product and a new Siebel CRM system at Wataniya Mobile, a Palestinian operator that is part of the Ooredoo group.

The implementation of the CRM was supported by Orga Systems’ local project partner and Orga Systems took over full delivery, integration and migration responsibility for replacing the legacy BSS environment at Wataniya Mobile. With an aggressive timescale, the delivery target was to deploy the new real-time billing platform and CRM solution in less than a year. In a first phase a ready-to-go option was deployed to secure business continuity at any time. This included network integration, tariff and promotion configuration and was achieved in 23 weeks only.

“A BSS transformation of this complexity and a successful go-live in less than a year is a remarkable accomplishment. This one-of-a-kind solution will enable us to reduce our time-to-market and innovate our business offerings while responding to changing customer needs in real time. The new billing and CRM architecture provided by Orga Systems is more structural and aligned with our company’s direction and aims enabling us to grow,” said Dr. Durgham Maree, the chief executive of Wataniya Mobile.

Wolfgang Kroh, the chief executive of Orga Systems, added: “This successful project further demonstrates our commitment to our relationship with Wataniya Mobile and the MEA region. Through the deployment of GOLD CCB Wataniya will be positioned to drive product innovation, customer experience and business agility.”
