DST Brunei expands CSG International partnership

DST, a CSP in Brunei, has expanded its strategic partnership with CSG International.

DST has been a CSG customer for nearly 15 years and under the terms of the expanded agreement, the vendor will consolidate wholesale business and settlement operations for DST using CSG Route and the latest release of CSG Interconnect.

“In the current competitive climate, it’s necessary for DST to be more innovative in our approach to business processes in order to be more efficient in managing our time and money, including by automating some of our existing processes. We have chosen CSG as they provide us with the best solutions in place to deliver long-term revenue growth and improved operational efficiencies,” said Amer Zakaria, senior manager for International and Interconnect Services at DST. “We will continue to work closely with CSG to further improve our products, deliver innovation to our customers and speed time-to-profit for new products and services as we venture forward into the future.”

The addition of CSG Route to the DST solution suite will allow DST to serve customers from a single unified platform that will streamline operations, mitigate the risk of discrepancies and deliver significant market advantage in international voice and data offerings.

“CSG is an undisputed leader in the wholesale business support systems industry,” said Ian Watterson, vice president and managing director of Asia-Pacific at CSG. “We offer market-leading, end-to-end solutions that offer our clients in Asia-Pacific and around the world a lower total cost of ownership and higher business flexibility and efficiency.”
