TEOCO to acquire AIRCOM International

TEOCO, a provider of assurance, analytics and optimisation systems for CSPs has signed an agreement to acquire AIRCOM International, a network design and optimisation software provider. The combined company will serve a global customer base of over 300 CSP customers across more than 100 countries from its office locations in over 15 countries.

The deal represents a strategic opportunity for TEOCO to sell, deliver and support customers in each region of the world. AIRCOM’s RAN expertise also provides insight into a valuable data source for TEOCO’s analytics solutions to understand and predict any subscriber’s behavior, location and service experience.
