Fidelity Communications deploys Centina NetOmnia

Missouri, USA-based operator Fidelity Communications has selected Centina Systems’ NetOmnia suite to improve its network performance and service availability.

Fidelity is a growing broadband, voice and cable television provider in Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Missouri and Louisiana. The operator selected NetOmnia to gain visibility into its multi-vendor network and bring management for all lines of business under one administrative umbrella. The goal is to deliver a differentiated customer experience while continuing to expand its customer base.

“Our previous assurance product was very administratively intensive,” explained Mark Head, vice president of operations at Fidelity. “We love the NetOmnia’s plug-and-play design, and the ability to consolidate our network views using intuitive, customisable reports. All of these greatly reduce administration overhead and improve our network performance.”

“Ultimately, we’ve gained a more informative, more dynamic view into the customer experience,” added Head. “Now, we can see exactly where the problems are and who’s being impacted. That’s a big key to continued customer loyalty, and, ultimately, our growth.”

Anand Gonuguntla, co-founder and chief executive of Centina Systems, added: “Fidelity is providing a suite of integrated services, and its main goal is to ensure an optimal experience for its consumers. NetOmnia offers unique differentiators that empower network operators to configure service and performance monitoring to directly impact customer experience.”
