Kabelnoord chooses Netadmin Systems’ OSS platform

Kabelnoord has awarded Netadmin Systems an order for the delivery of an Operations Support System (OSS). The objective of the project is to reduce time to market by optimising Kabelnoord’s network operation processes.

Kabelnoord delivers multiple services over broadband to homes and businesses in the north of the Netherlands.

“We have been using NETadmin IP logging since mid 2012 with success and will now extend the use of the platform for provisioning, inventory and monitoring. The main advantage for us to use Netadmin is that we can deliver our services faster to our customers and it will naturally increases both revenue and customer satisfaction,” said Anton van der Hoek, CTO at Kabelnoord.

“We are very proud of the trust that Kabelnoord has given us”, said Torbjorn Sandberg, CEO of Netadmin Systems. “This will further strengthen our position in the European market and help us in our on-going expansion”.

The Netadmin platform provides functional support for automated service fulfilment, including inventory and resource management, ticket management and SLA statistics. It also claims to speed up network troubleshooting by providing a complete view in one system.
