Pegasystems integrates with Tribold IPM for enhanced order management

Pegasystems has announced pre-configured integration of its Order Management Solution with the Tribold Enterprise Product Management solution.  This tight integration with Tribold EPM will allow Pegasystems clients to use Tribold’s central product and service catalogue. The combination of Pegasystems and Tribold will create a product-aware ordering process for CSPs, according to the companies.

Pega Order Management can deliver improved efficiency and a superior customer experience by combining the entire ordering process – offers, quoting, order capture, and fulfillment orchestration – on a single, customizable platform.  CSPs can make use of the pre-integration of purchase and fulfillment processes to Tribold to manage complex business rules regarding serviceability, eligibility, and compatibility, creating a product-aware ordering process. The integration accelerates time to market, reduces integration costs, and delivers a more agile and efficient order management process.
Catherine Michel, CTO and co-founder of Tribold, said: “Customer acquisition and retention comes from the attractiveness and relevance of your products. Using products to drive your order-to-cash process is essential for exposing your portfolio for that very gain.  Using Tribold CPQ Services Engine, the pre-integration between Tribold EPM with Pegasystems Order Management gives CSPs that critical link between their product catalogue and the solutions that deliver the product to the customer.  The resulting agility means lower cost and faster speed to order for products and services.”
Tom Erskine, business line leader, Communications and Media for Pegasystems, added: “Gathering the right information for order accuracy plays a key role in CSPs delivering superior customer experiences at a time when new converged services and an increase in purchasing channels have prompted massive ordering complexity. Integrating our Order Management solution to Tribold’s product management capabilities helps service providers ensure that their ordering processes are accurate, and also greatly improves their time to market for new converged products and services.”
