Optiv Security, a security solutions integrator delivering end-to-end cybersecurity solutions, announced it has partnered with Veracode to improve application security at the development level.

Thoma Bravo, a private equity investment firm, has agreed to acquire Veracode, an application security testing (AST) provider, from Broadcom Inc. for $950 million (€832 million) in cash.
