StarHub selects Neural Technologies fraud management system

Neural Technologies has won a contract with StarHub, Singapore’s first fully integrated info-communications company. The deal is valued at approximately US$1 million and is the first strategic collaboration between Neural and StarHub.

StarHub is the second largest telecommunications company in Singapore. The company provides a full range of information, communications and entertainment services for both consumer and corporate markets and operates a mobile network that provides 4G, 3G and 2G services.

The new supply agreement with Neural Technologies will provide comprehensive protection against a broad range of fraud types throughout StarHub’s entire business.

Stephen Kai Sui, the group chief executive at Neural Technologies, said: “It’s a real privilege to work with StarHub.  Singapore is regarded worldwide as an innovative market, and we think that the installation of our Minotaur Fraud Management system here will be a great example to operators in other regions facing similar challenges. This new deal continues to extend our global network of customers and, on Neural Technologies 25th anniversary year, it reinforces our position as the risk management software provider of choice for global companies.”
