VOSS celebrates 100th cloud CSP customer

Mike Frayne, the chief executive of VOSS Solutions

VOSS Solutions has acquired its 100th cloud communications service provider (CSP) customer. communications.

Mike Frayne, the chief executive of VOSS, commented: “We now have over 80% of the world’s Tier-1 carriers as customers and we are rapidly acquiring a range of leading Tier-2/3 service providers. This milestone validates all the hard work that has gone into creating our management solutions that not only help the service providers to lower costs and simplify their operations, but also benefit the end-customer organisations, who can now move to the cloud seamlessly and achieve much higher rates of UC adoption on a purely consumption model.”

VOSS has been the service provider industry’s UC management platform of choice to operate and administer their cloud communications platforms; and customer adoption rate shows no sign of waning. VOSS also has a number of customers in the large enterprise and managed services space, and has a strong footprint through its growing partner network.

Jim Ortbals, the vice president of global sales at VOSS Solutions, added: “VOSS has a proven track record in providing scalable and flexible UC management platforms to carrier grade organisations. This puts us in a great position to support the enterprise market; as they either move to a cloud model to ensure their requirements are met, or opt for a standalone on-premise UC management solution.”
