InfoVista acquires Ipanema Technologies for app performance management

InfoVista has acquired Ipanema Technologies. Ipanema delivers automated systems to guarantee application performance across enterprises’ large and complex networks.

The acquisition is part of InfoVista’s strategy to orchestrate network and application performance. It positions InfoVista to maximise business application experiences over hybrid WANs and protect business continuity.

“With this acquisition, InfoVista extends its capabilities with Software-Defined WAN to maximise business application experience over the hybrid network,” said Philippe Ozanian, the chief executive of InfoVista. “Both Ipanema and InfoVista strongly share the conviction that CSPs must play the leading role in helping enterprises make the most of the new hybrid network and hybrid cloud paradigm. The two companies have also established a proven and successful technology partnership for several years. This makes us feel very confident in the benefits it will bring to our enterprise and CSP customers.”

Darragh, the CEO of Ipanema Technologies “Ipanema is a disruptive player in the industry. Its vision of business-centric application performance management through all-in-one, objective-based and fully automated solutions is becoming a must-have. This acquisition will accelerate our vision and current business momentum, as most CIOs are engaged in the digital transformation of their enterprises. It is also a natural fit, as both companies share the same values and passion for customer satisfaction and innovation.”
