GO Malta implements Cerillion order management

Cerillion Technologies has launched its order management solution at GO, a Maltese CSP. Implemented as a module within Cerillion’s pre-integrated CRM & Billing solution, the order management component has improved GO’s market responsiveness and enabled the provider to quickly launch innovative new multi-play bundles and grow market share.

Cerillion and GO have worked in close partnership for more than ten years, during which time GO has converged from multiple separate lines of business to becoming a fully integrated quad-play communications provider. The latest Cerillion upgrade has helped GO to react much faster to competitive pressures and deliver a superior sales and ordering experience across the full range of consumer and business services.

“Our partnership with Cerillion means we are able to benefit from the latest technological advances as part of the Cerillion roadmap,” says Nigel Curmi, CIO at GO. “By implementing order management in Cerillion we have now aligned our BSS/OSS with industry standard processes, reducing the dependency on in-house development and helping us to be more responsive to the needs of our customers.”

Louis Hall, the chief executive of Cerillion Technologies, added: “GO offers a very broad set of communications services, making efficient order management absolutely critical to delivering that all important customer experience. With the go-live of our order management module, we are delighted to be helping GO to accelerate their time to market and to launch compelling new multi-play service packages.”
