The impact of real-time network analytics on making faster, more-informed business decisions

Date:17 September 2013 04:00PM – 05:00PM, Venue: Online Real-time network analytics offers businesses a competitive advantage. It allows them to respond to service-impacting events faster and capitalise on new opportunities sooner than their competitors.

The velocity, variety and volume of data can either paralyse a company or enable it to profit in meeting new customer demands and improving customer loyalty. This webinar will examine what communications service providers (CSPs) are doing to take advantage of ‘big data’ and real-time network analytics.

Cisco Systems provides a diverse set of data sources and the analytics platform that enables it to support CSPs in gaining a unified view of customer usage and network quality of service across multiple domains, and to provide clear evidence of network usage in the IP network. Cisco will provide some specific use case studies that reveal how CSPs can profit from using real-time network analytics to support rapid decision making.

The webinar will be hosted by Patrick Kelly, Research Director at Analysys Mason, and Matt MacKinnon, Product Manager at Cisco. The 45 minute presentation will be followed by a question-and-answer session for participants.
