Kill the Network Fiefdoms: How to Gain Business Control through Real-Time Intelligence

Today’s communication service providers own monstrous multi-vendor, multi-device, and multi-technology networks, and these technologies aren’t introduced sequentially. There’s always overlap when operators move from one generation to the next. Just think about GSM remaining in service for another decade or two, in parallel with Wi-Fi, UMTS/CDMA, and then LTE, and you will find that networks can become a messy environment.

However, there’s immense intelligence in these heterogeneous, multi-generational systems that CSPs today cannot extract and leverage. We’ll explain how to manage service levels and network performance, as well as the associated revenue streams all in the same database. By leveraging a wealth of performance indicators and accounting parameters readily available from devices, element managers, and passive/active probes, one can see what subscribers are doing and experiencing – from a revenue, usage or performance perspective.

Don’t be the last to know. Tune in to our webinar; “Kill the Network Fiefdoms: How to Gain Business Control through Real-Time Intelligence”.
