VanillaPlus Monetising User Data Roundtable – on-demand version now available

Webinar on-demand

Is data monetisation a get out of jail free card for CSPs?

The penny has dropped. Communications service providers (CSPs) and companies in other industries have finally recognised the value of user data collected and analysed by CSPs. The granularity and depth of the insights derived from customer data are compelling and have attractive applications for CSPs themselves in running their businesses and serving their customers more effectively. However, a wider and largely untapped opportunity exists in applying CSP user data to businesses outside of telecoms.

This VanillaPlus Data Monetisation Roundtable, chaired by Stratecast | Frost & Sullivan analyst Karl Whitelock, assessed if the largely unexplored integration of CSP data into other industries is where the real opportunity lies. If that is so, could monetisation of customer data be the get out of jail card the telecoms industry has been looking for, giving it a real means to monetise the business of network operations through selling customer data insights?
