TEOCO and START expand partnership for Russia and CIS

TEOCO and START, an independent system integrator and software developer in the CIS telecoms market, have announced the expansion of their partnership agreement for Russia and the CIS countries to include the latest TEOCO network planning and optimisation products.

“Mobile operators in Russia and the CIS region are always interested in the latest technologies and solutions available to maximize the performance of their mobile networks,” said Fedor Yaminsky, the chief executive of START. “TEOCO is a long-term strategic partner for START and we’re excited to expand our agreement to cover its latest products and services. We’re confident that TEOCO’s new solutions will be popular among our operator customers and deliver practical, commercial and technology benefits to their businesses.”

Ken Parkinson, the vice president of sales for Europe at TEOCO, added: “For over eight years, START has been our key partner for supplying mobile network planning products to the Russian and CIS region, and we look forward to working together closely to roll out the latest TEOCO solutions in this important market.”

The latest range of TEOCO planning tools features updated versions of the ASSET and CONNECT products, as well as entirely new ones such as Velox, a small cell planning solution.
