Tejas Networks Limited has recently revealed the completion of a Master Contract with Tata Consultancy Services Limited. This contract encompasses the provision, assistance, and yearly upkeep services for its radio access network (RAN) equipment. The equipment will be utilised for Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited’s (BSNL) nationwide 4G/5G network deployment.
As a part of this contract, Tejas Networks has received a purchase order from TCS for [$900 million (€826.56 million)] to supply its latest 4G/5G RAN equipment for approximately 100,000 sites, which will be executed during the calendar years 2023 and 2024. Tejas Networks secured this order after completing trials as a part of a consortium led by TCS.
