Vi Business introduces Hybrid SD-WAN solution for enterprises growth trajectory

Vi Business, an enterprise arm of Vodafone Idea, has launched a new offering called Hybrid SD-WAN. This enhanced proposition is designed to provide businesses with solutions such as hybrid network, integrated security, monitoring, analytics and intelligent routing.

With this, enterprises can run applications on their multi-connected network with minimal downtime and get complete visibility of network applications and security, as well as real-time actionable insights.

Vi Business move assumes significance as India’s digital landscape evolves, more and more businesses are expanding their operations across multiple cloud environments.

Also, many organisations continue to rely on traditional WAN architectures that are static, hardware-focused, and require manual operation. To keep pace with the demands of modern businesses, companies are focusing on solutions that offer agility in network, managed services, advance security, higher performance and cost efficiency.

Taking into account all these factors, Vi Business also offers integration capability with any ILL/MPLS (internet leased line / multi-protocol label switching) connection, supports 4G and 5G network, provides the option to choose any ISP, and runs pan India broadband connectivity at reduced cost.

Commenting on the initiative, Vi chief enterprise business officer, Arvind Nevatia, says “In today’s fast-paced digital world, businesses face a multitude of challenges, from ensuring network agility to managing costs and maintaining strong cyber security. To address this, we have introduced our latest proposition – hybrid SD-WAN with flexible and scalable architecture. This solution is designed in collaboration with leading security providers to protect businesses by providing seamless network integration and end-user privacy,”

As part of its collaborative approach to provide top-notch enterprise solutions, Vi Business has partnered with global tech providers to offer a solution portfolio.

In addition to Nokia, it has extended association with Fortinet to offer features such as OEM flexibility, end-to-end managed services, integrated low cost access, multi-cloud integration and integrated security.
