Berkshire Partners LLC, a Boston, USA-based investment firm, has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire a majority interest in Masergy Communications. Masergy is a global service provider offering innovative hybrid networking, managed security and cloud communications solutions to medium and large enterprise customers.
Headquartered in Plano, Texas, Masergy serves enterprise clients in over 75 countries.
