Telefónica Mexico to roll out ItsOn-powered service

The new service will empower customers to instantly buy and manage mobile plans directly from their smartphones, giving them total control over their wireless bills. Telefónica Mexico will be the first Latin American mobile operator to offer ItsOn-powered, end-to-end digital services.

“Our customers want more control over their mobile plans and monthly bills, and the ability to purchase and manage services via their smartphones is extremely attractive to them,” said Hernan Ozon, the chief marketing officer for Telefónica Mexico. “ItsOn is the leader in providing this type of digital experience that is so important when engaging with customers. We also chose ItsOn’s solution because it allows us to quickly and flexibly design and deploy new services, offers and network access policies for millions of subscribers. These elements are part of our strategic initiatives to become more attractive to end users. They also enable us to more nimbly respond to rapidly changing market trends, helping us to can gain market share in the competitive wireless market.”
