Intersec appoints new Board Members

Real-time streaming analytics software vendor, Intersec, has made several new appointments to its Board of Directors.

The company’s Board welcomes three new non-executive directors: Vincent Bastien, Bruno Dizengremel, Partner at Innovacom, in replacement of Jérôme Faul; and John Scarisbrick.

Vincent Bastien has held CEO positions for over 25 years in various industry and luxury international companies such as Saint-Gobain Desjonquères, Louis Vuitton, Sanofi Beauté, Yves Saint Laurent Parfums or Quebecor World Europe. From 2007 to 2014 he was board member and non-executive vice-president of Intersec. He is now Emeritus Professor at HEC School of Management in Paris, where he teaches luxury strategy.

Based in Stockholm since 2001, Bruno Dizengremel is responsible for investments in Northern Europe. He was previously Director of Corporate Development of EHPT, a joint venture created between Ericsson and HP specialized in networks managing and invoicing applications.

Bruno had previously spent nearly 10 years in various management positions at France Telecom/Orange group, including that of vice president for business development for FTMI (France Telecom Mobile International), where he helped the implementation of GSM networks for the FT group in a number of European countries. Bruno also held operational responsibilities including that of technical director of Panafon, the second GSM operator in Greece, co-owned by the FT and Vodafone groups.

John Scarisbrick was CEO of CSR plc from June 2004 to October 2007 and previously worked for 25 years at Texas Instruments (TI) in a variety of roles including as senior vice president responsible for TI’s $5 billion ASP chip business, president of TI Europe and leader of the team that created TI’s DSP business in Houston, Texas. He is a non-executive director of Intrinsity, Inc and non-executive Chairman of Netronome Systems Inc.
