Crnogorski Telekom and Ericsson sign managed services contract

Ericsson and Crnogorski Telekom, part of Deutsche Telekom Group, have agreed a seven-year managed services partnership. Under the terms of the contract, Ericsson will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of Crnogorski Telekom’s network in Montenegro.

The contract covers the operation and maintenance of telecommunications equipment and the entire network infrastructure, and includes the transfer of 91 experienced telecommunications and IT experts from Crnogorski Telekom who will continue to develop their professional careers at Ericsson.

This deal represents Ericsson’s second managed services contract in Montenegro and further strengthens Ericsson’s market position in Southeastern Europe while expanding the company’s managed services footprint in Region Mediterranean and globally.
