Sky Italia, an Italian Pay TV provider, has selected Sigma Systems’s Enterprise Product Management (EPM) and Configure Price Quote (CPQ) products to drive product delivery, real-time order configuration, pricing and quote capabilities for its multi-channel sales initiative.
The Sigma EPM products will ensure Sky Italia’s business and IT audiences can quickly manage products through the end-to-end lifecycle. Sky Italia selected the Sigma CPQ application for Salesforce, which integrates with the operator’s existing CRM to expand its channel sales capabilities and ensure timely and accurate information is available across multiple channels. Sigma’s products have been installed by several service providers within Sky throughout Europe.
