Quanta Cloud Technology (QCT), a global data centre and telecom solution provider, has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD). This QCT-SUTD MOU extends their aim to democratise networking and facilitate O-RAN (open radio access network) ecosystem setting up of a joint lab.
