Nokia and Orange France deploy passive optical LAN solution over 20 sites

Espoo, Finland. 7 July 2022 – Nokia has announced it is deploying a passive optical LAN (POL) solution for Orange over 20 sites in France including the new Orange Headquarters, Bridge, in Issy-les-Moulineaux near Paris. The POL solution replaces the existing copper-based LAN, connecting more than 5,000 end points including Wi-Fi and hard-wired terminals.

Deutsche Telekom brings service automation to B2B domain with Netcracker service orchestration

Waltham, MA, USA 8 March 2022 — Netcracker Technology announced that Deutsche Telekom has selected Netcracker Service Orchestration to automate its B2B services across multivendor software-defined WAN, LAN and Wi-Fi (SD-X) environments. Netcracker is responsible for all aspects of the cloud-based solution, including build and deployment, as well as ongoing operations delivered as a managed service.
