Comarch delivers BSS for ngena alliance
Comarch has been selected by ngena, the Next Generation Enterprise Network Alliance, to provide a comprehensive BSS solution, encompassing key modules such as network inventory, order management, product catalogue, service fulfillment and assurance, CRM, self-service portals and convergent billing.
The Next Generation Enterprise Network Alliance was announced by Deutsche Telekom, CenturyLink, Reliance jio and SK Telecom at the Mobile World Congress 2016. The aim of ngena is to provide unique network services for enterprise customers, ensuring a shared, stable and secure network with global availability and high quality of service. In the first half of 2017, ngena plans to offer international network services for business customers.
The Comarch BSS platform will support key processes such as sales, customer and partner management, service assurance and network inventory management, in the multi-level hierarchy of partners, resellers and business customers.
The decision to select Comarch as the provider of the BSS platform was based on the vendor’s ability to deliver a fully integrated, highly-scalable solution with catalogue-driven processes and a centralised data model as part of an overall agile implementation, says Dr. Marcus Hacke, Managing Director at ngena.
In its goal to deliver digital services for enterprises on a scale comparable with the biggest OTT players, ngena is unique. We are proud to be a part of this project and committed to contributing to its success, says Marcin Dąbrowski, the vice president and head of the Telecommunications Business Unit at Comarch.
