Consolidated Communications aims to improve responses and process automation with Netcracker

Netcracker Technology announced that Consolidated Communications, a business and broadband communications provider, went live with an upgraded Netcracker Service Order and Resource Management solution.

The additional functionality includes an access service request integration module, which will help Consolidated Communications automate the assignment of tasks.

With the new components deployed, Netcracker’s solution helped Consolidated Communications significantly reduce the effort needed to provision orders, which reduces costs and streamlines delivery capabilities. Combined, these capabilities enable the operator to dramatically improve customer service for both business and residential customers.
