Brainstorm Mobile Solutions appoints new CEO

Leading provider of mobile engagement solutions, Brainstorm Mobile Solutions has announced the appointment of a new Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Already in place, Jeremy Deaner brings to Brainstorm more than 30 year’s experience of the international IT, telecoms and broadcast markets.

Previously, Deaner was CEO at AmberFin, a leading vendor of content re-purposing software for the global film and broadcast market, where he took a UK-based start-up and helped it grow to become an international market leader. He also played a senior management role at telecommunications specialist Geneva Technology, fuelling growth that ultimately led to the company’s acquisition by Convergys.

Brainstorm has developed a market leadership position in mobile engagement solutions. Recently, it has been shortlisted for ‘Best Software Innovation’ at the Tech Expo Awards (due to be announced next month). A UK based company with global aspirations; Deaner’s appointment is intended to translate the company’s reputation for technical excellence into international market share.

In several respects Brainstorm is well positioned for future growth: it brings more than three decades of leading edge experience in the mobile engagement market, has developed Dragon, one of the industry’s leading mobile engagement platforms and has built a blue-chip customer list including Telefonica, MBNA, Tesco and M&C Saatchi.
