MDS and MATRIXX Software partner for end-to-end digital services proposition

MDS and MATRIXX Software have announced a partnership to engage increased innovation for service providers as they transition to digital services provision.

MDS has integrated MATRIXX’s Unified Policy and Charging product into its Customer Management Platform (CMP). Together, this powerful solution provides digital service providers (DSPs) with exciting new service capabilities for a fully end-to-end customer experience.

MDS successfully supported service providers to rapidly launch and monetise services. MATRIXX enhances this strategy by providing new, patented technology for real-time convergent charging and policy proven to handle the surge in digital transactions across 4G networks and advanced devices. The companies claim their combined solution will deliver the agility and innovation that today’s DSPs need to compete.

“The combination of CMP and MATRIXX means DSPs can accelerate the launch of new service propositions and drive improved customer engagement.  We believe our partnership with MATRIXX gives DSPs the ability to offer game-changing solutions which will change the nature of their relationship with customers,” said Mark Edwards, the chief executive of MDS.

Dave Labuda, the founder, CEO, and CTO, MATRIXX Software, added: “We are proud to work with MDS in bringing a new era of customer experience and personalisation to the market.  The combined solution provides a fast track for service providers to deploy the digital capabilities that will differentiate their business.”
