Consolidated Communications has gone live with NetCracker’s OSS solution to consolidate its service fulfillment systems and reduce the cost, time and effort required to enhance operational agility. Consolidated Communications also needed to centralise its fulfillment systems in order to reduce total cost of ownership (TCO) by minimising yearly maintenance cost and improving return on investment.
Consolidated Communications provides advanced communications solutions to residential and business customers across its fibre-rich network, which extends across an 11-state service area. The CSP is dedicated to consistently meeting customer expectations with forethought and flexibility while delivering reliable services and exceptional customer care.
Deploying the NetCracker Service Inventory, Service Order Management, Service Information Management and Resource Inventory solutions helped Consolidated Communications centralise its service infrastructure.

By using the NetCracker platform, Consolidated Communications can track multi-vendor services more efficiently as well as improve the management of those offerings across their lifecycles. As part of the implementation, NetCracker delivered professional services by migrating data from its legacy system to the new NetCracker platform.
