HTC chooses NetCracker to enhance network operations

NetCracker has announced that US co-operative operator, HTC, has chosen it as a key partner to conduct a joint upgrade of NetCracker’s resource inventory solution – part of the NetCracker 9.0 suite of converged OSS/BSS applications. This upgrade has been implemented successfully and will drive efficiencies across a number of critical business processes including service fulfilment, network optimisation, and inventory management. South Carolina-based HTC is the largest telecoms cooperative in the United States. HTC offers local telephone service, long distance, digital wireless, digital cable, high-speed internet access, and advanced business services including remote recovery services, local area network (LAN) and wide area network (WAN) design, and firewall and virtual private network (VPN) security.
