Mobistar selects Sigma Systems to power eShop

Mobistar, one of Belgium’s largest mobile operators, has selected Sigma Systems’ Enterprise Product Management (EPM) and Configure Price Quote (CPQ) products to support its eShop sales channel for its consumer products.

The Sigma EPM and CPQ products will help Mobistar to enable improved customer self-service by automating the Idea-to-Install process including product delivery, real time order configuration, pricing and quote capabilities. The Sigma products will help Mobistar to deliver a high-calibre customer experience and ensure the order accuracy required for profitable service rollouts.

The company’s multi-channel solution stack enables CSPs to simplify how their customers and channel partners buy from them. Sigma offers a true idea-to-install platform, which accelerates time to market for new products, ensures accurate order management and provisioning, reduces operating expenses and ensures a better customer experience throughout the ordering and delivery process.

“By selecting both EPM and CPQ, Mobistar now has a product catalogue that can be tied directly into its new eShop sales channel on a real-time basis, making it easy to launch new services,” said Tim Spencer, the president and COO of Sigma Systems. “These capabilities provide communications service providers, media and high tech companies with a new approach to their OSS/BSS solutions.”
