Brennercom, a CSP based in Bolzano, Italy with operations in Italy, Austria and Germany, has chosen Netadmin Systems to streamline and automate its service management. Brennercom will initially implement Netadmin’s provisioning, monitoring and inventory modules.
The main purpose of the deployment for Brennercom is to automate and simplify all processes around service delivery and service assurance in order to increase the service level to their customers.
