Rainer Neumann, CEO of Orga Systems GmbH since it was founded in 2003. He has supervised development of the first GSM pre-paid billing system and the world’s largest GSM real-time billing system, both developed by Orga Systems in 1994, laying the foundation for today's company. Rainer has held leading positions within the worldwide Orga Group for over 20 years. He was also involved in the buy-out of the Orga Group, which later became Orga Systems GmbH and was heavily involved in transforming the group into a legally independent company.
VanillaPlus: Orga Systems recently introduced new context-dependent billing mechanisms for mobile data services, developed within LOMS, the Local Mobile Services research project in Europe. Can you describe the services that these new charging and billing mechanisms support?
