Astellia to improve performance for Beeline 2G and 3G networks

Astellia is working closely with Beeline Kazakhstan, part of the VimpelCom group, to improve network performance and boost customer experience.

The communications service provider (CSP), with more than nine million mobile subscribers, is using Astellia’s solution for 2G and 3G end-to-end network performance monitoring and troubleshooting to discover and resolve issues and implement ongoing performance enhancements. Astellia will also feed Beeline’s big data system with relevant information to allow them to make informed business decisions and generate new revenue.

“Since we are operating in a very competitive environment with mobile penetration of 180%, we need to find ways to differentiate ourselves,” said Denis Pustoshilov, the director of quality management and services at Beeline Kazakhstan. “Focused network optimisation is an important contributor to reach a superior customer experience. We highly value Astellia’s strong commitment and effective approach to help us tackle network issues to guarantee a high-performing network infrastructure.”

Sebastien Schultz, the managing director for Europe at Astellia, added: “We are looking forward continuing our excellent collaborative work with Beeline Kazakhstan by delivering a solution that significantly improves network performance and directly impacts Beeline’s subscribers’ experience.”
