SpatialBuzz, a cloud-based customer experience analytics and service monitoring consultant, announced the appointment of new chief executive officer Peter Young. Peter joins the SpatialBuzz team following a two year position as head of Technology at Nokia.

On his new role as CEO, Young commented: “I am absolutely delighted to be joining SpatialBuzz. It is a real privilege to work with such an innovative and dynamic team, who are helping operators improve their customers’ experience.
