Risk management and analytics expert Neural Technologies has won a contract with a new mobile virtual network operator (MVNO) entering the Republic of Ireland (ROI) telecom market, following a competitive tender process.

Neural will provide its Minotaur™ Originations solution, which manages new subscriber application risk in real-time. Neural Technologies already works with customers in the ROI telecom market, namely 3 Ireland (formerly O2 Ireland). Luke Taylor, CCO and Deputy CEO for Neural Technologies, thinks that the company’s experience in this area of risk management was a key factor in their selection by the MVNO.

He comments, “We have been working in the ROI and other European countries for a number of years and have spent a long time consulting with and understanding our customers’ requirements as well as the challenges they face in their respective markets. We spend time working closely with our clients to ensure that we understand their businesses and provide solutions that are fit for purpose and will support their systems as they grow. Our collaborative approach means that we constantly look to build long-lasting relationships with our customers, and as their businesses grow, we are committed to being a part of their ongoing risk management strategies.”

Neural Technologies has offices in Europe, North America, South America and Asia Pacific and customers in 45 countries worldwide. Founded in 1990, the company has built an international reputation for providing quality solutions to increase the bottom-line for its customers around the globe.  The company is celebrating its 25th anniversary in 2015.
